17 weeks - baby is the size of a turnip!
How far along: 17 weeks!
Maternity clothes: Yes
Stretch marks: No
Sleep: Sleep has been good lately
Best moment of the week: This week I took Harper to Build-a-bear for the first time. It was a lot of fun and she loves her bear - equipped with a Cinderella dress and frozen pajamas. Phil and I have been once before to make matching couple bears when we first started dating 10 years ago. It's a lot more fun with kids :)
Worst moment of the week: This has been a rough week with headaches - I've had a headache every day this week, some days are worse than others. One day specifically brought me to tears. I have some good meds that help, and was given some essential oils by my sister in law that has brought some relief. Really hope this is a short lived issue this pregnancy.
Running/Workouts: Running is still slow, and perhaps slowing down each day. Loving this cooler Florida weather and running outside though.
Missing anything: Fitting in my regular clothes...
Movement: I think I may have felt a few flutters this week, but nothing strong enough to completely convince me yet...
Things that make me queasy/recent cravings: I haven't really craved much this week, and more often than not, nothing sounds good. Looking forward to some thanksgiving food this week!
Energy level: Energy is low when I have headaches, but otherwise I feel okay.
Labor signs: No
Belly button in or out: In
Wedding ring on or off: On
Looking forward to: Catching a flight later this morning to Denver! Excited to spend time with family and Harper seeing snow for the first time (hopefully)!
Something surprising about being pregnant with baby #2: For the first time this week, a stranger (a patient's mother at the hospital) asked me if I was pregnant. It surprised me a little, since I was wearing scrubs and didn't think I was showing that much (wrong). However, I for one feel as big as a house, and I'm definitely showing way more this time around. Love that the bump is starting to really pop and I don't just look fat anymore.
