33 Weeks

How far along: 33 Weeks - Less than 50 days to go!
Maternity clothes: Yes - will be sad to see them go
Stretch marks: No...hoping I can make it 7 more weeks without them!
Sleep: Pretty much the same, tend to fall asleep easily then toss and turn
Best moment of the week: The baby shower! It was more than I could have asked for! So many wonderful gifts for Harper, and it was just so nice to hang out with our friends and family and celebrate this little baby
Worst moment of the week: Work by far! Man I hate to be the complainer, but 12 hour shifts on a unit as busy as ours is beyond exhausting for anyone. Throw in being pregnant and it's torture.  I really don't know how I'm gonna be able to do it for the rest of the pregnancy
Running/Workouts: Nothing has changed, good and bad days but proud to say I'm still running! Funny that running (after I get started and into it) seems easier than walking around does these days
Missing anything: Still really miss sleeping on my back
Movement: Continues to get stronger and stronger each day. Nowadays she literally takes my breathe away when she kicks
Cravings: Ashamed and embarrassed to admit this but McDonalds Egg McMuffin. Haven't been to a fast food drive through in years - but oh man are those little breakfast sandwiches good
Things that make me queasy: Still gagging, but not throwing up as much
Energy level: What's a word to describe the level past exhausted?
Labor signs: Regular Braxton Hicks contractions, especially at work and when my bladder is full
Belly button in or out: In
Wedding ring on or off: On
Mood: Happy
Looking forward to: 5 days off from work!
Something surprising about being pregnant:  I've learned this week that I don't think anyone can prepare you for the following:
- The amount of pressure you feel on your bladder constantly. It's unreal. And the times where I have to hold it and barely make it to the bathroom, I'm shocked to only pee a small amount.
- The amount of discomfort you'll feel in your hips (specifically lower pelvis) as well as back, both lower andy upper. I felt as though I was getting by most of the pregnancy without these discomforts bothering me. However, this week they have been the worst ever. Walking is already pretty miserable and I've still got 7 weeks left - oh my....
- There's so much more that no one can begin to prepare you for - however, it's amazing to be given the chance to learn it and experience it all first hand
